I bought a Rado watch during a cruise...duty free. I was told they were an authorized dealer. I dropped the watch and the stem cracked. I took it in for a repair under the "lifetime" warranty. They said that the cruise dealer was not authorized. They sent my watch to a repair facility. When I got it back it wasn't the same watch. My watch was perfect. This one had pits on the second hand. They switched watches on me. When I complained they denied it. I'll NEVER recommend Rado to anyone. read full review »

I sold my house and had a mortgage payoff handled by the realtor's attorney. He used UPS to send (overnight) the payoff check to my mortgage company. Three weeks after the supposed payoff I went online to see exactly what the payoff amount was and the status of any money in the escrow account being held for taxes and insurance. To my surprise the mortgage HAD NOT BEEN PAID OFF. I called the mortgage company just in case the web site was behind on the information...not so...not payoff.
