I never used Shopnbc before so I tried it. I opened up the screen to them and I ordered a Acer Computer. Went through everything put in Charge card hit enter. It went in as I was exiting out I got a virus that shut down my computer and cost me $300.00 I was very upset and sent a email to your company. Of course I have not heard yet from you. Then I get thise computer for Christmas for my daughter and it doesnt work missing parts and I had to send it back. I was told that I would be reimbursed for the shipping sent it Fedex cost $13.02.
