in july 2009 i signed up for the verizon/direct tv bundle..it was supposed to be 99.00 plus tax. My first bill was 224.00, I called to question the amount several times and told them i would only pay what i owed. two weeks later i got another bill for over 500. my service had been on a little over a month at this time and my bill was over 500..
