I purchased a "membership" in gas and grocery rebates. I thought it was legimate, as it was in the Kroger Store in my neighborhood. I paid the dues and membership, never to receive what was promised. This had to be a multi million dollar scam, there has to be something that can be done to correct this mess for a lot of people! read full review »
