I ordered the trial sample of teeth whitener for $6. In the packaging I received the sample and a statement saying a cancellation notice had to be received within 20 days of the billing date. A phone number and a web site were given. On the phone I could not get through, so I sent an email to cancel further shipments. When I received a month's supply, I immediately emailed them again. I was sent a rely with a web page I had never seen stating the agreement I signed and it also included the price ($88.97) which was not on the original agreement.
