We sent 4 passports and very important documents to Viena by UPS.They lost our package and put us in a big mess: lost our plane tickets, messed up our schedule and plans of a very important trip. I will NEVER use their service anymore.UPS sucks! ps.Does anyone knows how can I sue UPS? read full review »
