I ordered a custom duvet cover on 8/3/08. The time listed on the site to receive the merchandise was 4-6 weeks. I placed an iquiry about the merchandise on 10/3/08 saying that if I did not get the merchandise in 2 weeks, I needed to cancel the order (at that time it had been 9 weeks). On 10/30/08, I noticed the charge hit my credit card, called them immediately, and was told they only take cancellations via email. Subsequently I was told that custom merchandise cannot be returned.
