Orbitz Complaints: We booked all our flights for a trip to Costa Rica through Orbitz, and to our dismay, we were almost stranded and forced to pay for a flight home. We booked our flights down on U.S. Airways and the return flights on Mexicana. A red flag was raised approximately 4 weeks prior to our departure for the trip when I saw that we had several duplicate flights for our return.
