I bought a HP system about a year ago. Before I bought the system, they told me HP is a global company and will have service and guarantee globally. I bought and give it as a gift to my brother in Singapore. When I got the system and tried to setup in the US, I frequently had system shut down and boot up issue. After many frustrated calls with HP, they determined some parts were lose in the system caused the issue. Few months later, there was issue with an application with the 256M video card.
