I spoke to a supervisor / manager. His name was Isaac and he kept repeating him self avoiding answering my questions. I was asking him to confirm a delivery of a package; a returned item mailed out on January 9, 2010 Saturday and according to the USPS tracking number delivered on Tuesday, January 12, 2010, 11:08 am, in HOLLYWOOD, FL 33020.
