I ordered a cellphone skin & clip hanger on November 18, 2010. Clip hanger arrived a week later, note inside package said that the skin was backordered. I contacted them 4 weeks later via email, no response. Again the following week, no response. Finally on Jan 8/10 I called (not a toll-free number). Put on hold a long time after I stated my issue.
