I received a phone call from a lady promoting online savings through local stores. If I signed up for their membership, I would receive a $100 gift card from Target or Wal-Mart. They charged my credit card within the next two days; however, I didn't receive the information packet until 3 weeks later. Of course, there was no gift card, but I had to submit my own receipts to them to receive a $25 gift card. The website to submit information to receive these gift cards never worked for me.
