I changed from dial-up to high speed DSL Sept., 2007. Picked Windstream because it is our phone service provider. The first 3 to 4 months were perfect. When they transferred customer service to India, service degraded. Each bill was more than the previous bill. They slowed down the DSL and offered high speed for $5 more per month. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THE INCREASED PRICE, BUT I WAS CHARGED THE EXTRA FEE. DSL is still slow. Lots of trouble with the connection.
