Dear Sir or Madam, January 15, 2010 I am writing because of the issue that has been going on since I started an account with Direct Tv only recently. I responded to an offer for the service at 30.00 monthly. This was the only way that I could afford cable service. I was quoted this price and I echoed it several times in my conversations with representatives to make sure that there were no hidden fees.
