On 12|21|09 I came in to sears at the middletown area in the galleria one morning looking for a 42' flat screen tv, came across one that I liked, asked for assistance, but was completely ignored, one employee made it seemed like there was no way for me to recieve the tv because I MADE PLANS IN BUYING IT LATER THAT DAY, because I had appointments needed to attend that day, so I WAS BRUSHED OFF like I did not even matter.
