You've seen those teeth whitener ads on different web pages. Some will take you to Premium White. For me, someone on Craigslist sent me a message saying the item I asked about was gone but I could have a free sample sent for a small shipping charge if I use a "special" code. (I think that code gives this person a kickback fee someway for any sucker she sends their way.)
