Has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Couldn't even get through the installation process (Which is probably a blessing). Installer showed up 7 hours after his expected time of arrival, had the wrong equipment identified on his work order, I made approximately 8-10 calls to Direct TV and was passed around between " Customer Service" and sales, cut off numerous times.
