in August of 2008 we sign this contract with Royal holidayin Cancun Mexico.They promess we could book in any 5 star hotel w/ a suite right by the water, air fair allways half price, hotels all inclusive, but none of that is true, every thing works with points, I want a five star Hotel I need to open a certificate for 30.000 points or even more each certificate can cust 0ver $ 400 each one +you have to pay for each day you stay at the hotel, price is not the same depending the month, air fair, I don't get any discount .
