I HAD been a very loyal customer of HP products & used to highly recommend it to friends & colleagues - even over Macs! Recently I ordered a very high end customized model with a coupon...within a week I found a cheaper coupon with more add-ons included. Since I had a custom built laptop it would take 2 weeks to build it & I called within a week & asked for the discount.
