I was sent an package that need to be signed for. After UPS dropped off the call tag, I went to the website to change the delivery to will call. I received an confirmation email that night. The next day, another call tag from ups at the door with a "final attempt for the third try". I called ups phone number on from their web site and after giving my information was hung up on.
