My bill is past due, so my cable has been shut off. I just came back off a 1 week Vacation. I tried to pay my bill, but they will not accept my payment, although they are still able to open new accouts 24 hours a day. When I call the # on my bill, I am given a different phone # which is only open Monday through Friday, from 9 to 5. I was told that I could pay it on line, at www.directtv.com, but that website is currently UNDER CONSTRUCTION. What a bunch of serious lazy asses.
