My Fiance purchased a gift certificate last night for a couples spa package. The next morning we realized that it was no where near our area in Florida and not possible for us to visit it in the 4 days we would be there from Michigan. When we called and spoke to the horribly rude Spa Manager Andy whom was eating while on the phone said that it was not refundable and did not expire.
