$300 worth of insurance was purchased from UPS to deliver my laptop computer. When I received the laptop it no longer worked. UPS denied the insurance claim that was purchased in good faith. Reason given was "insufficient packaging". Yet, an employee of Ace Hardware who is a representative of UPS packaged the laptop. read full review »
