Received a week ago and am returning today. First problem was loading on my computer. It just wouldn't come up. I contacted customer service (which by the way can ONLY be contacted via internet chat - no phone number) and was told to load the upgrade. I did that and finally was able to register the product, but still wouldn't come up after that. It would slow everything down on my computer and as soon as I unplugged it was back to normal.
