I went to a Liberty Tax Service to have my 2009 taxes done.After Sitting down and completeing my paper work the computer asked the tax preparer to put in his RBIN #.The gentelman didn't have one but told me he did go to courses that were needed to have one. Liberty then suggested I go home for a few hours until their main office could locate his RBIN#.When I returned the gentelman had gone home for the day.
