I cancelled my Direct Tv account and paid the final bill. Then they sent me a notice to return their equipment or face penalties. I own two recievers, both of which I bought at Best Buy. I told them they were NOT Directv's recievers. So w/o asking they take almost 400$ from my bank account. I call and they tell me that it doesn't matter where I bought it or what I paid for it they are always theirs? God I hope Lg doesn't take money from my bank account w/o asking if I don't turn my TV on this week...yeah we know you paid for it but its still ours...WTF?
