We have been trying to get our rebate since 12/29/09. We are referred to one place, then another. First, we got " sorry, systems error or permission denied -illegal parameter. Then we got invalid e mail address, then we got we are not even eligible for the rebates. WHY? The email system is horrible. I have been working on this for almost three weeks. I have been on the computer every day, called direct tv every other day trying to fix this problem and get the twenty-six dollar ($26.00) rebate.
