Tech set up two TVs and left before the second one was up and running. We waited for the second TV to start working and then returned to the first set to find that it was not working. Long story short - faulty equipment was installed - customer service is telling me to wait for new equipment can be mailed out and mail back the faulty equipment. This is totally unaccectable as the installation was really never completed. It is useless trying to deal with these people over the phone. read full review »
