I've been reading about people getting hurt at Target and not getting their medical bills paid. I guess I'm not alone. I slipped on some Gel back in May of '08 and got injured at a Target Store in Norridge Illinois. I hired a lawyer who said he would get my medical bills taken care of, along with a small settlement for work time lost...etc. However after dragging things out their insurance company (Sedgwick) didn't pay us a dime.
