Very bad service tried to cancel in the 24 hour period could not get anyone to help then came the 369.00 charge . this is for an 80 year old man they are not going to disregard this fee. they offered more channels or resign and then try again to disconnect this is the only way to get your money back says Cristy1255 at direct tv a supervisor who has the authoriyy to make these decisions.
