The WORST company I have ever had to deal with! I purchased an Akai TV with built-in DVD, last November 2007, the DVD part quit working in August. Akai had an authorized repair center call me to say that he refused to service my TV! It Took Akai another month or so to find another repair company. They said that they couldn't fix it because the part was no longer manufactured.
