I ordered some items for christmas from the Lillian Vernon website. I was charged for the order and the items were received in a timely fashion. However, on January 16, 2010, I was charged $14.95 on my credit card for a membership in the Lillian Vernon Rewards program, which I never signed up for. I will be trying to get a refund but who knows if that will happen. Hopefully I can at least get the membership cancelled.
