This is the most unprofessional unethical company I have ever had to deal with in my life. I feel like an idiot to have shopped there. The UGGS are fake and when I tried to cancel the order I was threatened with mail and credit card fraud. I did get the fake boots and I mailed them back almost a month ago following their return instructions. Nothing ... they will not even give me the curtesy of responding to my emails. I feel so stupid and hope that no other trusting unassuming consumers are taken in. read full review »
