Directv is very bad in contracts. They say one thing while you sign up and when you call them later they claim that you have signed for longer term. When you ask them to send the signed copy they don't send you a copy of contract with your signature. Please record your conversation with them so that you will have some proof. Customer service is very bad and billing is very confusing. I have called several times to get the discount they offered but they will not honor them. read full review »
