Well I had dish Network for two years and well, every time I would call them for ANY problem I was having at that time they would ALWAYS make verify who I was for example: Name, Address, Phone number and last but not least the last 4 digits of my ss#. Keep in mind I NEVER had a problem. Just 3 weeks ago I needed to order a remote, the gentlemen told me to verify who I was, i did so. Then he went ahead and ordered me a remote (for free) he said that I had the equipment insurance and I did not have to worry about paying out of pocket. WELL wa... read full review »
