I ordered a FREE trial in October & was charged 4.95 for shipping. January 24 & January 25th 2010 I was charged 89.99 twice and I have NOT recievd ANY product. I called the # on my credit card bill & Zach the supervisor on the floor told me that it was for the bottle that I received back in October & the one they just sent out to me on 1/25/10. I said I was NOT aware of this & please CANCEL & credit my account...he said they DO NOT have a return policy and I should have been aware of these charges when I ordered the FREE sample!!!
