My son went to the hospital on a sunday for a tetanus shot because family doctors were closed.He had a slight scratch from rusty metal.They seated him in the triage room and talked to him about what he needed. No tests of any kind were done. He was totally well and not sick. They took him back and sat him on a bed behind a sheet for approx 3 hrs and then gave him two shots and let him go.
