I ordered UGG boots from this website for my daughter for Christmas on 12/1/2008. I immediately received an email that my order had been placed and the funds were charged to my credit card that day. I did not hear another word from the company until I emailed their Customer Service on 12/19/2008. They replied on 12/22/2008 that the boots cleared US Customs at approximately 10am on 12/21/2008.
