Bought online access to the grant kit for £1.95 and got a day later an additional charge of £37.58! and they telling me that I signed up for a subscription but there was NO indication of this fee! After one hour in online chat with support (who are not from this company) I've been offered a partial refund of $40. After insisting they say full refund in 3 to 5 days!
