My husband has an auto loan with Citizens Bank. Every month, they say they didn't get the payment on time and start calling my house the day the payment is due to inquire as to where the payment is at that time. Although the Post Office's services are not that great anymore, I find it very hard to believe that every month my payment is held up in the mail. This month, they said the payment never arrived...so I paid it over the phone. They charged us a $10 late fee and a $12.50 processing fee to do so.
