Tech ran a cable down the front of my house screwed it in my siding, he said he could hide it but not hidden in at all. he said it was because of the dvr. I called to see if i could just down grade and get the cable removed and get rid of dvr, after getting the run around they sent me to some guy that was rude and hateful with me. He said that he would not do anything to help me at all said i could cancel and pay $499.00.
