After almost 4 years of spotty and poor service we finally switched to our cable provider for phone service. I never paid a bill late for Vonage and was fully paid up for January when I terminated the account with them in the beginning of the month. I was informed on the phone by an operator that I was going to be charged $85.00 for "early" termination fee. What is early about nearly four years?
