I changed my computer in November 2008 from a PC to a MAC. I noticed that on my November 2009 statement that McAFEE had taken payment without my authorisation. I have emailed them on a number of occasions asking that my automatic renewal is cancelled and that they would confirm that they had done so. Although acknowledging the email and giving it a reference number there is no guarantee that they have cancelled my subscription. read full review »
