We signed up for Direct TV. We were looking for a better price than what cable was offering. We called on a $29.99 per month special. We agreed to a plan that was 34.99. To make a long story short over 3 months they kept trying to jack up our pricing. The billing was never right and the final straw came when they insisted our monthly payment was $44.99 Month. We filed a complaint with the BBB and the FCC. We returned the boxes to Direct TV and the BBB and FCC did nothing.
