Mastec and DirecTV "fired" all and any advanced or senior techs to save money, typically, any way they could. The company is staffed with rude and inept/untrained people. The few trained techs are overwhelmed. For example, we have a multistory building and one of their techs decided to cut the ends off all the cables, which happened to be numbered.
