I'm from Canada and was offered this promotion when purchasing eye glasses. I never did get a rebate, and I did send the $15 cheque. The local company that offered the promotion is giving it's customers a $100 gift certificate to make up the inconvenience. I appreciate their efforts, since they paid for the certificates, so now they are out of pocket twice. read full review »
