I recently attempted to update my Norton 360. After several failed attempts, I decided to search online for possible solutions. When I navigated through Symantec 's website, I found a location where you could chat live with a technician. I connected and was asked for permission to allow the technician to have access to my computer, and unfortunately, I agreed.
