I too ordered a free trial of AcaiBerry with paying only postage and handling. I ordered this product on-line on November 7. When 2 weeks went by I contact the toll-free number on my e-mail confirmation. Was told that it was shipped on November 14th. On November 18th three separate charges of $29 plus was deducted from my bank account by a company called Fit-Factory. I called them and they informed me that I had placed the order 3 times.
