Business user called HP about a warranty part replacement. HP told business user to bring printer to CrossRoads Computers for warranty repair. Have been fighting on the phone with HP for 5 days trying to get the warranty replacement part sent to us. We have been disconnected, rerouted and put on hold too many times. This is unexceptional.
