Ive had my Magic Jack for about 8 months. I didn't have too many problems with it but last week I couldn't get or send phone calls. I paid someone $25/hr. to help me deal with suppport as I'm not computer efficient. After 3 1/2 hours the problem was finally solved. In their broken English they e-mailed me back and forth and after 2 hours they told me to disconnect the Magic Jack and the computer.
